We have been investing in developing a new online occupational health management system. Not only will it help our staff to improve efficiency, we’re confident that clients will love many of its new features.
OHD is a completely new system, developed by occupational health professionals in consultation with some of our clients. It is uniquely user friendly, offering tailored online dashboards for clinicians, HR and Health and Safety managers, line managers and individual employees. Each user has access only to the information and functions they need, making the system easier to navigate and more secure.
Managers can make and track referrals, download reports and will receive reminders for when periodic medicals and health surveillance for their staff are due. HR and health and safety managers can see performance information and anonymised data and employees can complete forms, book appointments, check and update their personal information and view documents such as certificates and referral letters. It has been designed to be compatible with mobile devices, so all users can access it wherever they need to.
